After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Akron, Marty held multiple sales and marketing positions throughout Northeastern Ohio area with a focus on franchise businesses.
Through his franchise experiences, Marty gained inspiration to invest in his own franchise, a personal home care agency. After a few years and hundreds of thousands of dollars later, Marty realized the franchise business model with respect to home care was disadvantageous for the franchisor and invested more money to purchase out of the franchise.
As owner of Community Caregivers and more than 20 years of experience in the home care industry, Marty is experienced and skilled in business management, product development, strategic planning, operational oversite, legal and technical compliance, contract negotiation, and asset acquisition.
After receiving her LPN Nursing Degree from Hannah E. Mullins School of Practical Nursing, Jeanne was an LPN at Akron General Hospital for 22 years specializing in cardiology, urology, gynecology, oncology, medical and surgical nursing, and family practice.
In joining her husband to launch their home care agency, Jeanne did not hesitate to take the helm. Through her medical and leadership experience, Jeanne has ensured all nursing, office support, and caregivers are properly trained and operating in compliance with state and agency mandates, and that Community Caregivers is prepared for all site audits and evaluations,
Jeanne participates in staff recruiting, training, evaluation, and administering Home Health Aide Certification Classes. She conducts weekly meetings with staff and leadership to oversee client cases, discuss possible issues and resolution.
A native and entrepreneur of Colorado, Nancy has more than 25 in the home care, home health, and hospice industries dating back to 1999, and she has a fierce passion for caring for the elderly to ensure they receive the best quality care.
After serving in many industry leadership positions, in 2011 Nancy launched the first of it's kind hands-on competency and training lab in Colorado specific to elder care leading the way to better quality outcomes. Nancy built a modernized and robust training programs for personal care providers to high acuity vent/trach Registered Nurses.
In addition to consulting and advising agencies from around the country, Nancy has been involved in various agency mergers and acquisitions, financial audits and enhancements, risk assessments and management, state compliance, quality controls, ethics training, credentialing, and contract writing and negotiations.
A native of upstate New York, Joel attended the United States Military Academy at West Point where he majored in pre-law, minored in systems engineering, and was captain of the 1995 varsity football team.
An entrepreneur by nature, Joel launched his first business, an NEMT service, in early 2000. After signing multiple contracts with hospitals and nursing facilities, Joel began mentoring other entrepreneurs around the country on how to duplicate his success. Since then, he has become a best-selling author, software developer, and builder of multiple multi-million dollar businesses.
Joel is regularly involved in business acquisitions, executive evaluations, contracts and service agreements negotiations, arbitration, business development and client-provider mentorship in the NEMT and home care industries, and more.

In that position, Joseph enjoyed working with corporate clients such as the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), The NYPD, Harlem Globetrotters, Xtreme International Ice Racing, and more.
