Such experience also provides us with key contacts and information to better help navigate the application process. When policies change, and they frequently do, we often know who contact for targeted answers and directions.
If you are already in business, we will start by evaluating your business to determine where improvements can be made to increase efficiencies, margin and profitability. Such research may lead us to modifying company policies, procedures, employee training materials, purchasing, scheduling, and even sales strategies. We will invest in market research to identify possible government contracts and private pay clientele along with human resource and caregiver recruitment and management solutions to maximize earning potential.
No, absolutely not! Our coaching program is about you and not about us. Everyone has a different start point, experience, resources, and market opportunities. We do not espouse a one-size-fit-all methodology and we would never attempt to waste your time by forcing you into a predetermined schedule that is not applicable to you.
Our goal is to determine where you are in your business lifecycle and define areas of opportunity for improvement and scalability. We then develop custom strategies to maximize revenue sources to include private pay clients, those on a government Waiver, and the Veterans Administration.
The easy answer is 180 days, but sometimes applications within your state or the VA can take longer depending on your location/state. Therefore, additional costs may apply for the additional time required to ensure compliance.
As of this post, one-on-one coaching with our executive leadership team is $12,000 for 180 days and includes a FREE copy of our DVD Series (a $1,500 value), and FREE website and marketing material development, a $1,497 value (less the cost of monthly hosting, maintenance, and SSL certificate).

Because every state is different, and various waiver programs and the VA have different credentialing policies and procedures, there is the very real possibility that additional time is necessary. Under such circumstances, we do offer a discounted retainer program to ensure our executive coaching staff remains available to assist you and see you through the process. We never wish to leave a job undone, but because additional time beyond 180 days does require the effort and attention of our executive staff, the need for additional compensated is necessary.
Great question. There is a lot to do! Especially if you have limited or no prior experience, we have to work on building necessary infrastructure. We will help in developing necessary HR related policies and procedures for finding, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and retaining caregivers. We will help advise you on hiring a nurse(s) to conduct initial and follow-up assessments. We will work with our media team to ensure you have the necessary marketing tools and material to brand your business, solicit, and convert prospects into paying clients. You need not worry, there is a lot to do!
Because requests to work with our executive team continues to grow, out of necessity, they are needing to be very, very selective in who they work with directly. Yes, we offer a four (4) month payment plan of equal payments over four (4) consecutive months. Note, due to the increased processing fees and charges for multiple payments, there is a slight increase in charges.
If you have already invested $1,500 in the DVD series with custom Assessment option, the consecutive payments will be four (4) equal payments of $2,765. If you forego the DVDs with custom Assessment option, the consecutive payments will be four (4) equal payments of $3,100.
