No, absolutely not! Our coaching program is about YOU and NOT about US! For this reason, we would never attempt to force you into a predetermined schedule that wastes time teaching you things you either already know or simply are not applicable.
To the contrary, our goal is to determine where you are one your current path, define areas of opportunities for improvement and scalability, then develop custom strategies that best suit you, your desires, your temperament, and are realistic based on the specific needs of your community.
Every home care agency is different due to a wide variety of variables to include location and market dynamics, population size and affluence, caregiver accessibility, and much more. For this reason, Home Care Access is committed to never implementing any type of one-size-fits-all methodology.
The easy answer is 120 days, but periodically there are circumstances when we do need to extend this time by a few weeks to complete pending applications, licensing, and sometimes contract negotiations. Regardless, you can anticipate our executive leadership working with you for no less than 120 days.
As of this post, 120-days of coaching with our executive leadership team is $8,000 for the full four (4) month period and includes a FREE copy of our DVD Series (a $1,977.00 value) which will be shipped to you via Priority Mail with the US Postal Services.
