Some credentialing processes can exceed 6 months, and various audits from the Department of Health Services or other regulatory bodies typically come after you have been in business for several years. Being available and accessible to help you navigate these events can be critical to your success.

Because rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and even sources of revenue vary everywhere, state-to-state and even between counties, our goal in preparing your "Custom Assessment" is to determine all that is applicable to your specific location. What are the licensing requirements for launching a home care agency in your area? What is the cost? How long will it take? What is the order in which tasks need to be performed? What is your real market opportunity? What type of income and expenditures can you anticipate? The list goes on. Because this is a first-come-first-serve arrangement, we ask that you give us up to (30) days. Chances are very good that our team will be done prior to 30 days, but especially if they determine they need to make a few phone calls or email some various state agencies to gather additional targeted information, a degree of patience and understanding is very much appreciated. NO! Absolutely not. Developing custom policies and procedures (P&P) can be exceptionally robust, tedious, and very time consuming. There are many things to consider when developing your P&P. Your licensing state agency will have their own expectation as will any Waiver program or other agency you serve. It's important that your P&Ps are compliant with all applicable agencies and programs because, eventually, you will be audited, and you need to be compliant with your P&Ps.
Anyone attempting to sell you a one-size-fits-all P&P, a template, or suggest you can "plug yourself in and enter your information" and out will emerge fully compliant P&Ps, turn and run as fast as possible! Such suggestions are a scam!
Your P&Ps are very important for licensing purposes, your operational effectiveness and overall execution. Your P&Ps are a "hedge of protection" for when you are audited by the state or respective Waiver agency, and rest assured, everyone eventually gets audited, so it is not a matter of if, but when. When you do get audited, you NEED to have everything detailed and in proper order.
Yes, absolutely! Your investment in 180-days of one-on-one coaching with our executive team is $12,000 and includes the build-out of your website and marketing materials. When you invest in the custom Assessment, we will deduct the $297 from your overall $12,000 investment.
Great question! First, there are lot of options and people claiming they are "experts" or home care "gurus." Because we are so confident in our experience and ability working directly in the home care industry and in helping other agency provider, new and experienced, we literally encourage you to shop around and ask questions! We don't pride ourselves on being "sales agents." We don't offer slick or catchy lines. Rather, we simply offer results. If you are just shopping around, "tire kicking," keep kicking, and when you are ready to enlist our help, then reach out to us to move forward.
